Who can register for a Thanksgiving or Holiday Dinner Basket?
Any resident of South Worcester, Quinsigamond Village, or neighboring neighborhoods experiencing financial strain or food insecurity is eligible. There are no income verifications or social security checks required.
When and where does basket distribution take place?
Thanksgiving distributions take place the Monday and Tuesday immediately before Thanksgiving (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM). December holiday distributions take place in mid-December. All distribution occurs in the Emanuel Lutheran Fellowship Hall and parking lot at 200 Greenwood Street.
Can elderly or mobility-impaired residents receive home delivery of their basket?
Yes! For seniors enrolled in our WHA mobile program or homebound elders unable to visit our hall, volunteer drivers deliver complete dinner baskets directly to doorstep thresholds.
How can our company or family sponsor holiday baskets?
